Stacey Hare: Jewellery boxes with double inner velvet/foam pad

Some jewels are as impressive as a firework…

Stacey Hare is an Australian jeweler, currently working from her private studio on the Mediterranean Island of Cyprus.

Since 2016, Stacey Hare has handcrafted jewellery that is directly inspired by growing up within tattoo, biker and surfing culture.

Using a mixture of traditional and modern techniques, Stacey’s mission is to transform her mental back catalogue of designs and motifs into wearable art that is crafted with the intention to last a lifetime.

The task we were asked to face this time is to design a packaging for heavy thick rings that fit perfectly in a box, without damaging the jewelry.

Here comes NewMan Packaging company, making custom-made rigid kraft boxes, with double inner black velvet pads for the best jewellery placement.

The boxes have the size of 6x6x5cm, while they have also 2.5cm thick inner double black velvet pads with inserts.

The flame logo was printed on the lid, using the red hot-foil printing technique.
